Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud; in that case you will be refunded in full.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken securely through Shopify checkout at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.

We sell and ship to the United Kingdom only. Orders with a delivery address outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs.

We work to show products accurately, but colours and finishes can vary slightly between screens. Weights, dimensions and load ratings are approximate and given in good faith.

Fitness equipment carries a risk of injury. Inspect equipment before each use, follow the manufacturer's instructions, and consult a doctor before beginning a new training programme. We are not liable for injury resulting from misuse, worn equipment or unsuitable training.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
