SHIPPING POLICY

FormVault currently delivers to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not ship outside the United Kingdom. Orders placed with a non-UK delivery address will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland may take a little longer and may carry a surcharge, which is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 15:00 are processed the following business day.

• Standard UK tracked delivery: 2–4 business days — £3.95, free on orders over £50.
• Express UK tracked delivery: 1–2 business days — £6.95.
• Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland: add 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates start from the day of dispatch, not the day the order is placed. Shipping charges are shown in GBP and confirmed at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number once it leaves our warehouse. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, contact us at Contact@formvault.store.

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to accept it, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost, or re-ship it once the redelivery cost is paid.

If your parcel arrives damaged, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. A parcel is treated as lost if it has not arrived 10 business days after dispatch; we will then replace it or refund you in full.

All prices include UK VAT where applicable. Because we ship within the UK only, there are no customs charges or import duties on your order.
