RETURNS & REFUNDS

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us. FormVault extends this to a 30-day return window from the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in a resaleable condition.
• Original packaging, tags and any accessories must be included.
• For hygiene reasons, items such as wrist wraps, straps and grips cannot be returned once used.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Email Contact@formvault.store with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will confirm the return address and next steps within 1 business day. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item if you have simply changed your mind. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return postage in full.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued in GBP to your original payment method within 5 business days; your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to show the funds. Original standard shipping is refunded on full-order cancellations; express shipping upgrades are not refundable.

If an item is faulty on arrival or the wrong product was sent, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The quickest way to change size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
