• Order information: name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number.
• Payment information: handled directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

To process and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of a contract); to meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation); to prevent fraud and improve the shop (legitimate interests); and to send marketing emails where you have opted in (consent).

We share data only with the providers needed to run the shop: Shopify (e-commerce and checkout), payment processors, and UK delivery carriers. We never sell your personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum are in place.

Order records are kept for 6 years to meet HMRC requirements. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.
